The XBL series riverside flange-type vertical vibration motor is a specially designed three-phase vibration motor with the following features and applications:

Features

Precautions

• Installation environment: Should be installed in a dry, well-ventilated environment free of corrosive gases. The foundation must be solid and level to ensure stability during operation.

• Wiring inspection: Check that the wire insulation is intact and that the voltage matches the motor's rated voltage. For three-phase AC power, confirm the correct phase sequence. Connect the ground wire to the motor's grounding point to ensure proper and reliable electrical connections.

• Debugging and operation: Run the vibration motor under no load for five minutes to observe overall system performance. Check if the motor starts normally, if the speed meets requirements, and if operation is smooth without abnormal noise. Conduct practical work tests and adjust parameters such as belt or coupling tension and angle to optimize equipment performance.

• Maintenance: Regularly inspect and clean the vibration motor to keep its appearance clean. Check electrical connections for looseness or aging and replace damaged parts promptly. Lubricate with a grease gun every two months during operation and perform a mid-year overhaul annually. Monitor motor surface cleanliness, tightness of anchor bolts, abnormal vibrations, and motor current, addressing any issues immediately.
